My friend was in the hospital and his glasses needed repaired.  I brought the glasses to Tom (owner) at the Monroe Eye Center.  He not only repaired his glasses, but did so without charging me. I was trying to find an eye doctor who would take my disabled son's insurance. When I googled it Monroe Eye Care popped up, so I gave them a call. I am so glad I did!!! They took so much time with my son and they talked to us like they knew us forever! They are very caring people and I recommend them to anyone who is looking!! While visiting my daughter in Rochester, I sat on my glasses and severely bent the frame. I was rather concerned, as I didn't relish the thought of driving back to Kentucky with my glasses all whopper-jawed. I called Monroe Eye Center, stopped in, and within just a few minutes, optician Thomas Longwell had them straightened out, and back on my nose, looking like new.
